🎮 Minecraft server

1.20.1 · Forge · Twilight Forest checking…

Address

minecraft.rpek.tech

Any launcher works, including cracked ones (TLauncher and the like). No licence needed.

What to install

The server runs the Twilight Forest mod. To join you need Forge for 1.20.1 and the same mod.

  1. In your launcher pick the Forge 1.20.1 version (TLauncher has it in the version list; for the official launcher download the installer from files.minecraftforge.net — any 47.x build works).
  2. Download the mod: twilightforest-1.20.1-4.3.2508-universal.jar (22 MB).
  3. Put the file into the mods folder inside the game folder: Windows %appdata%\.minecraft\mods, Linux ~/.minecraft/mods, macOS ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods. If there is no mods folder, create it.
  4. Start the game on Forge 1.20.1, add the server minecraft.rpek.tech and join.

Don't put other mods into mods, or the server won't let you in. Client-side mods like a minimap or OptiFine usually don't get in the way, but if you can't join, remove everything except Twilight Forest.

First login

On your first visit register: /register password password. After that log in every time with /login password. The password protects your nickname from others.

Everyone can use /gamemode, /tp, /time, /weather.

What's on the server

Twilight Forest — a new dimension with bosses and dungeons. Portal: dig a 2×2 hole, fill it with water, surround it with flowers and throw a diamond in.
Terralith — reworked overworld generation with hundreds of new biomes.
Incendium — a reworked Nether with fortresses and bosses (the server will offer a resource pack; better accept it).
